I met her online. We live in the mountains. I message her and she did not message me back. Two weeks later I message her again and said,

"We live less than 15 miles apart from each other, we have a lot in common when it comes to hobbles, and it seems foolish that we should not at least chat about it, given that the singles scene up here is pretty desolate."

She replied with the "LOL, I cannot deny your logic, so we should at least talk about it."

I kind of went from there... we met in person two weeks later... and it been two months now and seems to be going great.

Double texting works, it has worked more than once, but you got to have tact in doing it. I mean wait at least two weeks between text... online they sometimes need some time to think about it.

In this case it was the double text that brought her back to me, because most guys do not do it. So, she thought since I took the time to come back around to her, that maybe I was more interested in her then just the average jerk looking for hook up sex.

She said if I never texted the second time it never would have happened, and she thought it was sweet and a little funny.
