£100, maybe £200 depending what you count as a relationship. But even then, although the first didn't work out and ended in a bad way I still took many positives and am greatful to her for it. And in some way I wish the second could have been given more time (was dating more than relationship) but was probably a good thing she ended when she did as unlikely to have worked out
If we're counting friends, family, and relationships? I have no idea. Probably around $1500-2000.
If the refund were proportional to the amount of time you spent on/in that relationship? I could retire.
Wow, at 22 you’ve had SEVENTEEN bad relationships? Maybe you should be more careful with whom you allow yourself to be in a relationship with?
Mine would be $100.00 for ONE bad relationship.
She said all relationships. It’s not limited to just romantic ones.
@WonderBell99 I never said anything about romance, my answer stands. If at age 22 a person has seventeen bad relationships behind them, they should be more careful, and more discerning with whom they allow in their life. I’m saddened that you would assume that which I did not write. Perhaps in the future you should take a person at their word, and not just assume that you know better than the author what was meant.
You cannot always choose whom you can or cannot have relationships with. Can you "choose" to be in a relationship with your mother, father, sibling, uncle, aunt or any other relatives while you're still a kid? ANYONE you put your utmost trust into can fail you. Heck, I've cut off friends because they turned against me when I did nothing wrong. Not everyone is a mind reader or a life coach to just be "good" at relationships.
I'm quite saddened by the fact that your tone sounds rather judgmental in your comment. I never said I know better than you.
And in my initial reply, I did not mean to come across as rude. I apologize if you got offended.
@WonderBell99 I did, a bit yes. And I’m big enough to admit when I was wrong, and I was wrong to take such a tone with you. I sincerely thank you for your apology, and I too apologize for my snarky tone. That was beneath me, and I really am sorry.
Perhaps I should have elaborated on my (initial) reply a bit more so that you would not have gotten the wrong idea of what I was trying to imply.
I was quite upset when I read your reply, and I sincerely did not expect such a tone from you. However, I appreciate your apology and thank you for it.
And to be fair, I only replied because the Asker and I used to exchange messages back and forth for a while and I am somewhat acquainted with her, it sounded a lot like you were judging her and I absolutely hate it when people do that. Now, I'm not assuming, I'm simply stating how your comment came across to everyone else. Perhaps you may not have meant it that way, but I would suggest you choose your words a tad carefully while answering sensitive questions such as this. You never know what the other person might have gone through, and it is advisable to be gentle in these situations.
I am aware that you are older than me and do not require my take on decorum, but since the asker is an acquaintance, I had to step up. I do, however, hope that you will be kind enough to take my suggestions (and perspective) into consideration.
200 dollars.
Now if we're counting unrequited love, crushes, and people I wasted my time on? Put it this way, I would have a good bit of money in my bank account.

Enough for a nice dinner for two in a fancy restaurant
$200 for bad romantic relationships
That's a lot of bad relationships. I take it you jump into one with a blindfold on? That's like pinning the tail on a donkey game. How often does someone actually win that game?
Relationship as in partner... $400
As in friends, family, etc. lost count 🤣
Sending virtual hugs
Ph O thought you were going to send me the $400 🤣
Stfu 🤣🙄
150.
One really bad one, and then one was ok but he later turned out to be a creep
Zero. Every girlfriend I’ve ever had was amazing, some more than others, but I honestly loved them all. I’m very happily married, but I have fond memories.
If it's a refund, shouldn't it be proportionate to how much you actually spent on their behalf, and quite possibly subtracted from however much they spent on you?
Hahaha. I'd have a yacht and a helicopter.
I can count the number of people who've treated me right my life on one hand.
for relationship zero
for friends, relatives probably 100 because i had a heayed comment on one group messenger post. there are people i do not like but i don't make war personally at them.
There was one year that I had 6 of them. Add one more and it is 700 bucks.
Depends what we class as bad. Such as it is good but had a bad ending or it was bad but I liked it.
So let's just call it £1,410.29
That's basically like a house and a mortgage.
No I joke. But I would have a decent fat wad in my hand.
Depends on how you define “relationship”. Somewhere between four hundred and fifteen hundred dollars.
hmmmm... 55 guys, 19 women...
out of them, 40 guys were a waste, and 13 of the women... so 53x1$100= $5300!!
Let me think…
Farther, mother, her husband, ex best friend, ex boyfriend…. I think I’d end up pretty rich actually
Damn! That’s a lot for 22. I guess about $300.
I'm 21. And, I'm counting my relatives lmao.
Oh ok lol
Nothing. I've never had a bad relationship. Certainly each one has ended, but none was toxic. Just two people who realized that it was not working on that level.
Hehe, that's a lot of money
Probably about 3 or 4k
He’ll, I’d be a multi billionaire. The richest person in the world.
I'd be a billionaire.
Jk. I'd say 500?
A billion freaking dollars plus compensation
$200 (Serious relationships) + $300 (Terrible 1st dates) + $1000 (Times I was ghosted) = $1500
0. I belive all my relationships were good, until weren't anymore and thus the breakup.
Why would a good relationship turn bad to the point of wanting to break up?
It doesn't make much sense to me.
What's the point of this? We can all get promiscuous and rich then.
A grand. But not every bad relationship is equally bad so I think I should get more.
fortunately... zero bucks
still... zero bucks, luckily
That's good
I keep my distance, if the vibes are not right... saves me some drama
It would need to be 1000 dollars for each, to have any chance of feeling it was worth all that shitty pain.
In that case $10000.
Maybe like 400 bucks. I'm pretty good about identifying toxic people and pulling them out before thier roots get to deep in my world.
$600 only because it wasn't just a bad relationship, it was a bad marriage to a narcissist for 9 years.
Next time break up in the third date at most. They never will change, no matter what they say.
You don't seem to know how narcissists operate, which is cool since I didn't either when I met my ex. To be specific, she's actually a covert narcissist and only showed her true self a little bit at a time over the first few years. There's almost no way to know when someone is a covert narcissist unless they slip up in a big way, three dates is not enough time to see something that you don't even know you should be looking for.
Actually I know very well. The last woman I dated was a diagnosed personality narcissist disorder.
If they treat you poorly, and they don't change route after warning them once, no matter what they say you shall eject.
That's true that they never change but they didn't show their true colors until further down the line. The only good thing about being involved with a narcissist is that you can spot other ones much easier after you know what they are.
That's what I mean!
It was like looking into the abyss, and the abyss staring back at me.
Very much, the complete lack of empathy is mind boggling. I think we should put all narcissists, psychopaths, and sociopaths on one big island and let them stab each other in the back all they want.
$200 but if you break up with someone and get back in a relationship, does it count as another $100? Because then it would be $1,100 not $200.
$700, which isn't really a lot, I guess, but still lmao
Millions my relationship with alcohol is terrible but I luuuuv it
Bloody Mary full of vodka blessed are you among cocktails
Can only imagine what a divorce would get? Lol
I wouldn't want one. We all have free will and make choices. I don't regret my choices.
Just $100.00 for me.
haha not much, i did ok mostly
Maybe a few hundred bucks.
Maybe like... $20 😅
None were that bad.
300.00
Probably around 900. I'd like to think I'm picky
$200.00
Maybe around 2 grands
$100, my lousy excuse of a father
A few hundred for sure.
Zero dollars
I'd get about 800
$400 ✨
200 dollars
Depends what counts as a relationship
