I have a very light sleep and it's really hard to go back to sleep when he's snoring next to me. What can we do?
My SO and I sleep in separate rooms... because she says I snore too much and she can't sleep. She refuses to admit that she also snores... loud... but I just tune her out when we sleep together, like when we travel. She just can't tune me out, or so she says. 😏 I think part of it is that she likes the idea of having her bed all to herself. 😎
