Assume if you are working in a Corporate company your husband is president and you are vice president and before client he says i am president xyxmz co and this is my wife?
Your identity as placeholder in the company would be fucked isn't it so?
I mean ok you are his girlfriend but he can't tell or should not tell to other colleagues he would be accused of favourism don't you think?

I’d dump him since he doesn't wanna claim me
