How do I act when the guy I’m dating read my message? usually I get overly emotional?

I’ve always been in like a relationship and I just express my feelings. I’ve been dating this guy for only 2 weeks and a half literally. And I know he probably didn’t ignore it on purpose but my first reaction is to say ‘Have I done something wrong’ or ‘why are u ignoring me’ but this is too much isn't it for 2 weeks? Do I just not react in this situation does it come across as too much?

You overwhelmed him and probably emotionally bombarded him with ongoing texts full of feelings. Guys can not handle a lot of that. First it is read and responded too. Then everything is kept on read because it is too much text to handle. And finally, you are ghosted.

Your behaving too clingy and eager to please which can come across as desperate. Just relax and let things take their course. If you are in a healthy, mature relationship, then you will know you have done something wrong because most likely the guy will tell you. But continuing to ask might make you appear immature or guilty about something even bigger. Calm down

Don't react specifically to that, but just send him a message that prompts him to engage with it. Ask him a question about something, something that will get him to respond and you'll find out if he's just busy, or if he just didn't know how to respond to your last message.
