Why does my girlfriend think it’s ok to treat me like shit when she has poor mental health?

Like her family even says she abuses me, some of my family has really started to dislike her because of this but me being patient and not wanting to give up on people keeps giving her a chance with treatment that she keeps delaying on. She thinking moving will fix her mental health

You are asking the wrong question. Here's a hint. The exact same woman could treat a person who has self respect well, and treat the person who kisses her azz like a doormat. You're not even married to her. The idea that you have to stay loyal and behave as if you're married is all in your head.

Oh, and it's not unusual for someone to get a lot of help from their boyfriend/spouse & the second they're fixed/cured they dump the person that helped them because, guess what? Often the cured version of the individual isn't compatible/attracted to the person who helped them. Only the broken version was attracted. So your best bet is to avoid taking women/people with deep issues seriously.

Here’s my two cents: If even her family is saying she’s abusing you, she is. Even then, if she’s being a jerk to you because she’s going through stuff, it honestly might be best for both of you to breakup.
