I had sent a follow requests to my crush, for about 3 weeks ago. Noticed today that he has declined it. I know that he is not that active but he checks his Instagram max 2 times a day.
I have tried 3 times now to give him chanced to come into my life. Yes, 3 times because the first time was kinda misunderstanding. But this time I feel like I got a answer since he declined my follow request.
Now, I am not gonna do anything more, because as a girl, I also have a pride. My question is that how do I get over him? I have decidet to do it today, but the thing with me is that I dont easily get feelings towards someone, but when I first do it, my feelings is so real that it isn't that easy to just throw it away.
Any tips?

There are a couple of ways. You can either find someone new quickly to shift your focus or you will need to shift the focus in your mind to something else. Some people choose physical fitness, for example. They will wake up early every day and run and do physical activity for weeks on end and have the mind dwell on a goal for losing weight and have their sole focus be on that goal. While they do this, they distract the mind from dwelling on the person and replace it with something it and then gradually over time, the pain of loss eases.
Thank you❤️ I will do that.
No problem at all. Best of luck to you!
My mother always said that the best way to get over someone is getting under someone else.
Jokes aside, I would reccomend taking some time off for yourself and engage in an activity or an hobby; hang out with your friends and only if you feel really sure about it, finding another person who's willing to date.
