What if you pissed them off. So to get even they did something back to make you made as a result/response.
Is that or would that be a deal breaker for you?

Holding or reacting in anger is like drinking poison and expecting the other person to die. I like being in a position of Power or higher moral ground if you will.-Call that what you will but neither anger or snarky will be my reaction.
There’s is nothing more effective than listening and focusing on her as she goes 🦇 💩 Crazy. No opinion, rather than silenced when questioned, is where the win is. “I’m working through it…”
This is on my time table, B-. I’m the one in charge here…. inside my head not spoken. I’ve embraced the stupidity and she’s going to suffer and roll all up in it. Just me 😎
Wow, if thats peoples attitudes, then marriage is not for you. You WILL get pissed off, and usually at the stupid things.
My wife yelled at me for messing up her eggs for breakfast this morning. Yes, yelled, because I cooked them too runny. It pissed me off because she doesn't cook. At all. And eggs are expensive.
But whatever.
Learn to put your own pride aside and pick out whats important.
In relationships, your both going to do something to cause problems.
I would stay and try to work things out, however... IF he knows what triggers me and intentionally does it time and time again, I'll eventually end it.
You know the people that soon as they find your buttons they like to push them over and over to see what happens.
This is why I can’t do relationships. I think if he pissed me off in any way shape or form. I’d CHEAT immediately. I’d be so turned off that my eyes would start wondering. 👀
I would probably say I need some space or a one day break and cheat during that time. F-K that SHIT. 🖕

If it’s a first time thing then no, I’m not the type to break up the second something goes wrong. But if it’s a reoccurring thing then yes, that’s too childish and petty for me.
That can't be the only reason to leave them. In any relationship, there are disagreements and arguments. Good relationships learn how to survive tgem.
I don't think it's healthy to "get back" at anyone really, but I understand the desire.
The only way to make a relationship to work is to actually work on it, not just do the same thing to prove a point. If you have to do that, then find someone else.
If you have a problem, tell them why and ask them to stop. Then if they keep doing it then you can decide if it's worth ending the relationship.
It depends on what she did to me? If she cheated on me it’s over , if she lied to me it depends on what she lied about , But the truth of the matter is I wouldn’t get revenge , 2 wrongs don’t make a right but I will make it clear To her if she wants our relationship to continue then what she did needs to stop
If you love them, you try and work through it.
The problem that I see here is that they tried to “get even.” That doesn’t resolve anything. That’s a very immature way of handling things.
Purely depends on what the action was.
Eating a piece of cake i was saving would piss me off but I'd eventually brush it off.
Attacking an insecurity of mine or cheating or any form of betrayal of trust would definitely be non forgiving areas.
How long have I been with her? The simple answer to your question is this. Do I love her? If I love her I will take a lot. But I will tell her when she hurt me. Communication is Paramount in a relationship. A woman that prefers to repeatedly hurt me rather than be an adult and communicate with me CLEARLY does not love me and I have no time for that nonsense.
There is a difference between common everyday spats and things that go to the point of a couple NOT being compatible. This is why in my opinion this question as asked is impossible to give a full answer to.
It depends on what she did. My ex-fiance backed out on money she owed me, I stayed with her. She stole from me, I stayed with her. She lied to me, I stayed with her. When I found out she'd been cheating on me, I dumper her fat ass!!!
She's pissed me off before but i didn't do anything to retaliate or to get any sort of revenge because I'm not going to stoop to her level
That's how I feel how things should work. I didn't mean to piss him off intentionally. I felt the need to be open and honest. And what I had to say wasn't necessarily nice but it was the truth. However I felt at the end of it he did something to trigger me or piss me off on purpose because maybe he felt I pissed him off so he wanted to get even. It's fair if you're 2 years old... and I was ready to accept anything he had to say but mostly words to trigger me it's something else. And at the time he did it... so I didn't feel safe. Now I'm hesitant to ever tell him how I feel about shit and just up and leave... I don't know
How could I troll them back if I didn't stay?
If you left someone every time they did something to bother you, youd never have a relationship last longer than a year or two.
I'm already married, so my wife and I are in it until death. Nevertheless, couples need to be able to work through things like that.
Tit for tat bullshit is childish. You either forgive or you don't.
That's being immature and childish to get somebody back cuz they did something to you
I hope we're not that childish to begin with.
But, yes. You stay and work it out.

revenge is small dick energy
When a person triggers you intentionally I see that as a problem ijs.
Who puts their partner, the one they love into a mental havoc. It seems like he his a gas lighter. And its emotional abuse. But I'm kind of stuck where is he even doing it to my therapist saying it may not even mean amythjng... to dumping him!
It depends on what it is, but more then likely you stay and learn to work your problems out. I don't see how it will be possible to maintain a relationship if not.
It depends. Was the thing deliberately intended to be hurtful?
Yes...
Yes, if I really loved her I would find a way to forgive herl
Depends upon the specifics. If the thing she did to piss me off involved stealing from or cheating on me, yeah, she's gone.
I can beat that, I stayed when there was PHYSICAL AND EMOTIONAL/PSYCHOLOGICAL abuse! 😞
Why would someone hold on to that much anger
t would depend on what she did to piss me off like if she cheated then down the road she goes
Depends on what she did. Most of the time if I piss her off it's a mistake and it was an accident.
lol good luck finding a partner if one thing that pisses you off makes you leave already xD
Deliberately? That's a deal breaker.
It really depends on what they did to pass you off.
Depends on what exactly a girl would do to irritate me.
It really depends on how bad it was
Depends on what it is.
Yes. Id stay with him
Yeah after I get over it
Elaborate.
Depends on what he did 🫠🤨
Nope
Yes I will
Yes, I would
