Never. If they'd loved you, they would never try to hide that from you. So there's no reason to trust that person anymore. I think you should leave. You may want to consider talking to him if it's a one time thing but even after that it gets very hard to trust such person after. You just get unwanted stress and always wonder what they might be doing behind your back. Your mental health will degrade. So it's best to leave.
