Maybe they were an old flame, maybe you're unhappy with your current significant other, maybe it's exciting, maybe it's "just" casual sex, maybe the thought of betraying them hurts you, maybe you trust and love them too much to cheat with an ex, maybe you think it's too immoral, maybe you hate your ex and would never etc etc.

No. Even though my boyfriend wouldn’t find out I still would know that I did it and I’m gonna feel guilty for the rest of my life. Plus I’ve lost all of the sexual attraction for my exes, I still care about them (we always ended things on good terms) but I have 0 romantic and sexual interest in them. Now with my boyfriend tho… I honestly feel like he might take up the offer if an ex wants to hook up with him… he was caught meeting up with her as friends and I don't know if I can trust him anymore

Okay, aside from the fact that I have been cheated on before and how absolutely gutted I felt, I would never cheat on my current SO.

My ex (not the one that cheated on me) was what I thought at the time, the one. I thought I was going to marry her, but it just didn't work out that way. Our relationship ended amicably.

But the person I am with now is better for me in every way I could imagine. I would never do anything to jeopardize what I have with her.
