Girls, Why do we, as girls, find it so hard to trust a man and admit we need him?

Because everytime I let my guard down and trust someone enough to be vulnerable around them, I get hurt badly. I never seem to learn though l'm too trusting and too forgiving.

EGO's or occasionally due of an event from our history. We convince ourselves that we don't require a man in our lives.

I believe it’s for two reasons: one is that men are assholes a lot of the time and the other is that we’re constantly taught to not rely on others.

That seems to primarily be a problem with girls who either had a worthless father or just grew up with poor guidance.
