Why it is so hard to trust men?

I don´t think it´s true that guys are polygamic. Just because some of us seem to be attracted to any women it´s not necessarily true that they would love them all the same way. Trust is something that is built up and it needs time.
Try to imagine it´s winter and you come to a frozen lake. How do you step on the ice to figure if it holds you? You do it step by step, do the same with trusting guys because some guys might open themselves up to you.
For some guys trust and love are synonyms because they feel like when you trust them you show you love them.
As not every frozen lake will hold you not every guy is trust worthy,

You look for a trustworthy man or a trustworthy woman.
We are individuals... we aren't our genital/brain group. That is 3.5 billion people. You cannot group judge such a group. View people as individuals. Everyone is unique and no two people are completely alike.

I say this because sometimes i read and listen from the men that all men cheat. Even they say like this. Why is it like that? Why do they say this All the time?

That's just a way for the guys who cheat to justify it. People who cheat don't want to admit that it's a selfish act, that occurs when you allow yourself to be in a situation full of temptation.
It's true that anyone can cheat (Male or female), but someone who truly loves their partner and doesn't like to hurt others will avoid situations where cheating can happen.
They won't flirt or have extended eye contact with co-workers, they won't go out to clubs drinking with single people, and they don't sext with other people online.
A person can choose to avoid such situations.
