It doesn't really matter to me. Of course, I thought she looked good or I wouldn't be in a romantic relationship with her. As long as we both think the other looks good enough to be sexually desirable, I don't think it really matters which of us would be considered better looking.

Either public perception or what we think of each other. I think it's probably fairly common for people to think their partner looks better than they do themselves. Outsiders might be more objective, but in either case I don't think it really matters.
Yes. Not caring about these details is a good trait. It takes the burden off a person's mental health.
