How would you react if someone you don't like gives you something for Valentine's day?

Personally I would feel really awful to turn him down right there. I could take the gift (if it's like something cheap) and be nice about it and thank him. Then next time I see him probably tell him the truth. I just don't want to be a douche and reject his gift especially on Valentine's day. Unless maybe it's worse to do that? How would you respond?
