Whatever floats your boat. The only consideration might be where you live. Southern rural Mississippi, perhaps not. In SF CA we're just happy when the men date women. In any urban area I'd think it'd be fine. One thing I've notoiced and I'd be happy to bee corrected on this. Family in any race., creed, species, gender will be part of it. I;ve seen black women held back because somewhere in the family is a felon. It's very [possible that they became felon because of racism. Still a problem and an unfair one. A felony qwill keep you our of job market and if a relative is a felon it's likely that you will be tapped for a favor. Unfair? Yes. However, I've seen black women in places I've worked fgetting pulled away from their desks because so and so needs to borrow money. I hate that I'm even writing this but it's a consideration. On the other hand, black families that stay together tend to be strong units with fewer of the petty quarrels that caucs. have. ( Of course they also have far more star athletes, entertainers etc. per capita than any other race. In some cases my point can be made by their entourage. There are so many rap singers or whatever you call performers in that genre with a posse always with them that have about 20% legitimate workers and 80% hangers on. If you look at the best of the best. Musician's:Jimi Hendrix- at least guitarists. If anyone argues that just assume they are wrong. Basketball; Michael Jordan ( currently its probablky Steph Curry but he's an honorary white guy. Football> Jerry Rice. Baseball, blacks were held back from the majors for so long that its toiugh but by stats ( yeah, steroids) Barry Bonds. If not Aaron, Mays. White guys sing 3 chord country music. These days the best QBs are black and you would never havce seen a black QB before Randall Cunningham and Doug Williams.
