She doesn't understand that I've moved on?

I've been asking this woman over a month to make a phone call or send a video recording- she always has excuses my phone is messed up, there's noise in the background, or I'm busy... I finally told her her today either call or send a video recording before we meet since she kept insisting we meet and I triedto make reservations this month. I told her that I'm traditional, I still believe in courting, and dating [ She didn't care that I have needs, wants pretaining to a relationship, and what I want in a partner ] She told me yesterday I'll make a phone call today not telling me when ( almost like bread crumbling) so this morning I told her I was pulling back because I have to protect myself and look at the safety of my children. She started blaming me for her feelings pretaining to this.. she sent me 2 pictures of her, and I have not heard her voice, nor do I feel comfortable just meeting her without hearing her voice or seeing a video.

Where I'm at ice been asking her over a month to Google duo , phone call , video recording clip and she had excuses everytime. I told her I don't do online dating and since she insisted that we meet - I felt it was necessary to do this before meeting... I was getting ready to make reservations at the end of the month for us to meet. Yesterday she was suppose to call, but never told when she was going to call ( it's always an excuse ) ( I'm busy or I was thinking about what I was going to say ) ( you upset me so just know that when I call ) anything to get us not to talk. At this point, there's a separation between us, and I'm on my way out the door. She's very disrespectful and things are unhealthy between us ( I don't want too meet her now ) my patience has run thin dealing with her even waiting on the audio recording, video chat , or phone call. I felt it was necessary before even meeting.
