Why won't she just move on?

My boyfriend baby mother keeps on calling him crying saying she needs help with their kid. But the thing is He's not helping her do anything because i don't want him to. We're both sick of her at this point. Why won't she move on? I keep telling her he just wanted one thing from her because he don't do for her nor that Baby.

He says he's thinking about putting a restraining order on her And he needs my help to do it. Since obviously she won't take NO as an answer.

You're not the sharpest tool in the shed. Your bum boyfriend needs to take care of his kid whether you or him like it or not. He's going to get you pregnant and then not help take care of your kid either. Good luck with that haha

Does your boyfriend pay child support? If not, she could take him to court. If he is paying for support, you may have more ground for a restraining order.

He wasn't even at the hospital with her. plus she said online she didn't put his name down on the birth certificate. So we win. ☺

You should still check with your state’s laws. In some states, him not being on the birth certificate frees him from custody rights, but she could still take legal action to establish paternity to get him to pay child support.
