Should I help a girl who rejected me?

So this girl rejected me making me hurt a lot. Now she says she needs some help from me. Of course as a "stranger" I don't have to help her but would that make me look mean/selfish or wanting to take a revenge on her for the rejection? She never helped me in the past when I was in trouble.

I guess it has to do with how she turned you down. You don't have to have any contact with someone who is hurtful and rude to you. But if you didn't sense any malice in her approach to you and she didn't just like you romantically, that's understandable. Do you feel like helping? I believe in karma. People don't have to be together all the time, we can't go on a date with every person we're interested in. If I'm not going to be forced or adversely affected by doing a good deed today, I'd rather do it. One day life will pay back.

If you want to help, hoping she will reciprocate your "nice guy" deeds by becoming a girlfriend, then do both of yourselves a favor and say no

You should do what your heart tells you. I wouldn't go out of my way to help her. But it's in my nature to help people if I can. But we aware that she might just use it as a chance to take another shot at you. Believe it or not there are a fair amount of women like this. You're perfectly justified in politely turning her down with some fabricate excuse.
