Have you ever felt like you were running out of time to reproduce and settled on having a child with someone who was a good person but weren’t necessarily in love with?

I would say that being a mom is hard if you do not have an emotional attachment to the person who got you pregnant because you need that love to give you the strength to go through with the birth and child care.
