Have you ever had a friendship with someone who has a significant other?

Yes when I was in college. We both were with someone else and were having issues In our relationship. We confided in each other and our unspoken feelings for each other played a significant role in both of us advising the other to leave our respective relationships.

Our relationship hadn't become physical yet but was definitely leading in that direction. One night though, we went out for drinks, I met her sister for the first time, and my feelings shifted towards her immediately. Looking back, obviously I realize this relationship was wrong but assuming I couldn't change that aspect from developing, I would change shifting my focus to her sister.

I am friends with a girl who was by definition, still married. She finally had it made official, and she also has full custody of her children. So she's a single mother of two, but, yeah for a while there, i was "friends" with a married woman

Funny enough I used to have that opinion but I grew tired because every girl I met had a boyfriend so I just went with if I don’t act on any kind of mischievousness I shouldn’t have a problem with it and the person in the relationship should have set boundaries on there side as well
