Would you date someone that is roommates with their parents?

There's a stigma against such a thing, at least in the USA. However, circumstances should be taken into account. Have they had any medical issues, do they pay their fair share, what situation did they experience growing up? To me, it's really not much different than having a non familial person as a roommate.

Don't see why not, I had a couple of girlfriends that still lived with their parents well into their twenties, for different reasons.

My mother too has moved in with me last year, although I am married and my wife insisted we ask her to move in to not leave her alone after my sister's passing.

Someone living with their parents is not necessarily a sign of immaturity - like you said, it depends on the circumstances.

I am dating a woman who basically was her Mother and Father care taker and supporter. She's pretty bright and well compensated financially. She actually slept with her Mom after her Father died. Thank God she has siblings who had babies and Grandma forgot all about Daughter !!
