Long story short, we met and kind of hit it off. It always clicked with us. She had a boyfriend and he forced her to stop speaking to me. When they broke up, we got back in touch and we met up for my birthday. She said we should be friends just because of religious differences. Made it clear if not for that, we'd be together. Anyway, we spent a lot of that night kissing and being close. Next time I see her, we share the same bed in a hotel room but don't do anything. I sensed hesitancy from her so left it. Few months goes on and she develops psychosis so I just take a few steps back as I'd be unable to help during this phase and she just was not herself. She has since recovered and gets back in touch with me to apologise for sending weird messages and behaving strangely. Since then, she touches base once a month just to see how everything is. I feel like we do have a strange sort of bond and I'd have long expected her to forget about me but she keeps reappearing.

It's difficult to say for sure whether or not you're being used or if she's just unsure of what she wants. However, it's clear that there is a strong connection between the two of you and that she values your friendship.
It's important to continue to communicate openly and honestly with her about your feelings and expectations for the relationship. It's okay to set boundaries and to make it clear what you are and are not comfortable with. If you feel like she is using you or leading you on, it's important to talk about that and to see if you can work through any issues in the relationship.
At the same time, it's possible that she genuinely values your friendship and is not sure what she wants in terms of a romantic relationship. It's important to respect her boundaries and to continue to be supportive and understanding.
Ultimately, the nature of the relationship is up to the two of you, and it's important to have open and honest communication in order to make sure that both parties are on the same page.
