Well I think you need to be a little more specific about who you're talking about.
Are you talking about girls you're interested in?
Or people in general?
What makes you say you repel them? Have you gotten any feedback about that before? Any idea at all about the general tenor of people's "complaints" about you? (do people say you're annoying, or clingy, or arrogant, or what?)
You look fine, you can improve your looks if you want too. However, more than just your physical looks it must be something related to your personality that is the actual cause of people getting repelled by you.
You need to understand what that might be.
