If you were in love with someone, and you were together for a long time and broke up, and a while later, you met someone else, do you think you would love them the same way, or is it different with the next person?

Yes. It’s never as pure and innocent as the first. With the first you give them everything you have. Anything after the first is like you know better so it isn’t with the same innocence - you don’t put everything in you into it. It never runs as deep as it does the first time you fall in love, at least it is that way with girls.

With men, they sometimes have many relationships which don’t mean anything then find a girl they fall deeply in love with and then it’s never the same.

We all only fall in love once, the rest is compromise. We either fool ourselves by saying we’ve moved in or we torture ourselves with painful memories.

No. I think we feel for each person we meet on different levels and that’s ok.
Sometimes a love can be so intense that nothing has or will ever come close to it, but that doesn’t mean that person won’t love strongly again.

We are changing all the time, and our experiences shape us. The love you have for one person doesn’t have to be the same as it was for the last. It just has to be enough.

Love changes with each person you love, the way you love evolves no matter if you change partners or if you are with the same partner for the rest of your life. You yourself change, you grow and thus also evolve. Life is always changing so thus will everything else change aswell.

No, because no two people are alike, and you change as you grow older. I think you can love someone the same amount as someone else, but not in the same way.

Nah. If i lost my love the first time and still have weak feelings about them, then most likely i won't love the next one like the last

Each partner you’re with is different. I loved my ex but he was an addict which caused him to be mentally abusive. I fell out of love with him and ended it. My boyfriend now words can't describe my feelings for him. It’s something I have never felt before. So you can feel differently about the different people you date/fall in love with.
