I've been in a relationship for 2 years and I have zero self-esteem. I'm depressed all the time.

When we first met he was really nice and easy to talk to. Over time though he changed. He is very selfish and often gives me the silent treatment and invalidates my feelings. He withholds affection whenever things don't go his way. I've made the mistake of feeling guilty and giving in just to get him to end the silent treatment. If I'm doing anything for him he will say kind words and is nicer to me. I've noticed over time this type of pattern of behaviour with him.
