+1 yWell I smoke cigarettes so 🤷♀️
Weed, would depend on the person and how responsible they are with it. Someone that goes home after a long day at work and uses that to relax or for pain, not a problem… someone that sits around all day smoking weed/playing video games, can’t keep a job.. no12 Reply- +1 y

+1 yIt's totally according to how much of either that is being imbibed. I wouldn't want to be involved with a chain smoker or pothead. No one smokes cigarettes or vapes in my house. Excess isn't a good thing.
On occasion I smoke cigars. But not in my house. And I know they're stinky. And I have two friends who ARE chain smokers. I see them on their front porch in the open air. They don't smoke in their house. So that's tolerable. But I don't live with them or am with them every day. It would be an impossible situation.01 Reply- +1 y
And if someone was smoking pot every day, that wouldn't work either.
+1 yCigarettes, probably not because they would be hitting me up for money all the time to buy them, and then every time we go somewhere, it would be "I'm out of cigarettes. We gotta stop somewhere or you gotta take me home". I have dated so many girls like that.
Weed, yes, as long as they weren't smoking it every day and were doing something with their life. Girls on weed are more fun, cooler, they never physically assault me, and I can talk to them about anything.
Most girls I can't be myself.

+1 yFor me, my partner being a weed smoker is a must lmao. Cause I’m a weed smoker so I’d love to have someone to unwind and smoke with at the end of the night.
My husband and I smoke every night. We were rolling up blunts in the limo on our wedding day lmao. And I wouldn’t mind if he smoked cigs. As long as he doesn’t do it in the house stinking the place up. I probably would encourage them to try and quit tho

My past 3 exs they all smoked. Highschool boyfriend just smoked, my boyfriend that I had in my early 20s smoked and did speed and ecstasy, and dickhead ex smoked cigarettes, did weed.
Damn just typing that out made me realize that my current boyfriend is the only one that doesn't do any of that stuff. 🤯21 Reply- +1 y
Okay smart girl.
+1 yI wouldn’t be okay with that. I don’t like either of those things.
I used to smoke cigarettes many years ago when I was single but that’s not something I want to waste time, energy, or health on at this point in my life.11 Reply- +1 y
Well said I like that

+1 ySince I’m a recreational user myself, I cannot say no to a partner that dabbles in the devils lettuce. Cigarettes on the other hand, I don’t find the smoke smell to be refreshing.

Okay different strokes for different folks
9.9K opinions shared on Relationships topic. Weed is fine. I am an ex-smoker of cigarettes, so I prefer if they are not around me these days.

Okay I can relate to that

+1 yNope. That would cause immediate separation. If he really wants me to sign divorce papers, all he has to do is take up smoking.

+1 yMine smokes weed when he has had a hard day or week. I prefer him like that because he becomes so lovable and cute hahaha... I wouldn't approve of cigs because i care about his health and mine and if you care for someone then their health should come first.

+1 yWeed, yes; tobacco, no.
Research is still needed on the effects of weed on health - America's stupid, ill-advised and racism motivated "War on Drugs" destroyed most of our early research.
So far, though, humans have smoked weed for centuries and it's not had as many observable issues as tobacco.
Personally, I smoke weed and greatly enjoy when I can share that with my date.00 Reply - 824 opinions shared on Relationships topic.
u +1 ySure, aslong as they’re responsible about it. As in they can afford it, they’re not starving themselves or going without their basic needs in order to afford an addiction, and they’re not abusing it. I’d rather date someone who smokes tobacco or weed than date someone who drinks every week or uses more harmful drugs.

+1 yI don't do either very much myself, but I'm also not a prude and I don't judge my girl for doing the same shit I did when I was her age.
Sometimes I'll join her for the hell of it. Get high, fuck, smoke in bed. It's the shit10 Reply 7.2K opinions shared on Relationships topic. I dated a few girls that smoked. This was a long time ago when it was a lot more popular. It never really bothered me. The only thing that was gross was when I would go out to my car the next morning if we were out in it the night before. I think today I would be more grossed out by it.
00 Reply6.7K opinions shared on Relationships topic. No! It's a direct health hazard to me.

@Brainsbeforebeauty I said what I did because my father developed COPD... and died of congestive heart failure... and two girlfriend's are/were headed in that same direction.
Nope.
I prefer people of a higher caliber. Why would I want someone that follows the crowd so far as to be a drug addict? Smoking is an addiction.
10 Reply2K opinions shared on Relationships topic. I wouldn't mind if it was only occasionally, and not in the house or the car. But heavy smoking would be a no go. I don't like addicts.
I like to smoke a tobacco pipe sometimes and I'm not averse to weed.00 Reply- 872 opinions shared on Relationships topic.
+1 yI don’t like the smell of cigarettes, I want to feel his scent, cigarette smell tends to cover his pheromones.
With weed I have no problem, as long as he doesn’t smoke it so often that it affects his sperm quality and performance in bed.01 Reply- +1 y
But I feel like it does affect…
The only man I had a relationship with, did none, not smoke nor weed. I prefer to keep it that way.
