Is it normal to say "I don't like you, I could've gotten someone better " to your partner during arguments?

He's the one who's constantly worried I don't love him or thinks I'm looking for better. Always taunts me saying. I go to work and come back immediately. he can take my phone anytime to check. I don't look for better. i just pray all the time for the time he'll become normal and trust me and we'll live happily ever after. But he says hurtful things during arguments. And all arguments stem from me spending too much time at work. i have a 9-5 office. I have to stay that time period even if I don't have work at hand all the time. But just cause our home is close he wants me to come whenever he wants to see me. and I do come home in breaks.

But if I mention anything about his loans or ask who'd u borrow money from again he freaks out saying I'm invading his privacy because I heard him shouting at someone on the phone because they were asking for money

How do I stop the arguments? He blames everything on my job. He says because I'm educated and have a good job I'm too proud. I'm not.

I don't take pride in anything. I have horrible inferiority complex.
