How to deal with a boyfriend who has been constantly disrespectful to me?

So my boyfriend has been constantly disrespectful to my feelings. Some times he praised his ex, sometimes other women in front of me.. He flirted with many women behind my back , then hide it and when being confronted says you are too weak or over sensitive or overthinking... He too insulted me many times like saying you are :stupid , dumb or psycho.. he just attacks on my abilities my intelligence..

He first emotionally blackmailed me for having sex and threatened to sleep with other women if I can't satisfy him and when confronted said he was just kidding.. Whenever I express about my feelings to him he says you are hard to satisfy.. he only apologizes about very few things after complaining for 5/6 times and calls me egoistic.. We had planned to get married and shift to abroad earlierb ut later he treated me badly so I expressed my desire to not getting married to him until he makes me feel loved and valued but he didn't take it seriously..

Rather he started saying 'you wasted my time'.. He never is concerned about my feelings.. After nagging him many times he says he will change but I'm not sure that his changes will be permanent or temporary.. I feel so insecure in this relationship. I 'm so confused and filled with self doubts like what if he takes me granted again.. please suggest what should I do?

He makes her his top priority the same way he wants her to treat him , My ex girlfriend started comparing me to other men , and making me feel like I wasn’t good enough , to come to find out she was clearly insecure and making excuses for her behavior , When someone loves you they don’t compare you period , when a partner starts comparing you , start comparing them to the other person waiting for you behind their back , that doesn’t compare You, that doesn’t manipulate you , It’s only cheating if you try to go back to your current partner , it’s not cheating when you kick your current partner to the curb and accept someone else that treats you the way you deserve to be treated , Your boyfriend doesn’t value you , he values himself , He will never experience true love until he learns how to remove selfishness for his partner and accepts that he can’t be right all the time. Breaking up with him seems obvious, but I imagine you know that's the answer already. You've told him how you feel and what needs to change and if he hasn't taken it seriously by now, he isn't going to.
