Why do some people show off about their relationship and make it their personality?

I just don’t get it.

I wouldn’t say I’m jealous but like other people, I have my own dating trauma.

And it’s quite draining when you’re around “friends” or “acquaintances” that only talk about their HUSBANDS as if there’s something wrong with you for being single.

i think its just pride in their relationship which is a good thing because people that are proud about their partner shows that they are happy with each other but dont take it that way, just cause you are single now doesn't mean you'll be single forever, but if it makes you feel better, being single normally can make you feel that and feeling like you'll be alone forever is somewhat normal and usually says you are ready for dating again, im sorry for your past traumas but they are in the past, you can't keep living them in your mind cause the reality is that you aren't in that position anymore, you seem like an emotionally strong woman and these traumas make that strength stronger, so dont live in fear from them, let them power you and make you stronger, you won't be alone forever, dont fool yourself with such a lie cause there's too many people in the world, the chances of you not being compatible with 8 billion people, realistically think of those odds 😂

dont think i forgot ms extrovert, that itself is a gift that will help you in your journey, all you did with your exes is got them out of your husbands way ha 💯

Because they're proud of their boyfriend or girlfriend and they enjoy making other people jealous of them. I think men and women who enjoy showing off their partners do so for different reasons. A guy who's dating a gorgeous woman wants to show other guys what a goddess he's having sex with, whereas a beautiful woman who likes being seen with her boyfriend in public is essentially sending a message of -- 'You wish you could be the one fucking me every weekend, but you're not -- this guy is -- eat your hearts out, losers, ha ha!'

Tbh i don't like to go with friends who are married while they are with their wives, i'd go with them if it's a boys only hanging out, i'll feel strange if they are with their families and me alone, i don't like it and won't feel comfortable and it triggers my negative thoughts to boosts in my head...
