What's the most positive thing someone has ever done for you?

My parents did wonderful things for me. Also, my sister loaned me $30k to help buy my first condo.
But I'll name one other thing. When I was 18, some friends and I did something that I don't want to reveal. (It wasn't violent or drug related.) But detectives quickly caught up with us and we had to stand trial. The other guys were 17 but, being 18, I could have been sentenced as an adult and gone to prison.
Instead, I had to pay monetary damages and was sentenced to 2 years probation and community service.
I did Meals on Wheels for community service and it was really good for me. Some of the old people were really non-judgemental and nice to me even though I looked like a long haired brat. I recognized their humanity and grew really fond of them. I lost my stupid, teen prejudice toward people who were no longer young and bitchen.
Once my sentence was served, I was able to get my record expunged. This was before permanent digital records.
I was eternally grateful to the judge for not sending me to prison and leaving me with a felony record. That would have ruined my life. I was truly sorry for my stupid escapade, not just for getting caught. And I learned my lesson. Through his stern compassion, the judge actually made me a better person.
I'd have to say that my high school (11th grade) physics teacher went to bat for me with the chairman of the science department to allow me to take AP Physics while also taking chemistry in the 12th grade. The math department let me do something similar: I was able to take AP Calculus BC and Math 12 (pre-calc) in the 12th grade also.
In my school district, I was an "A-track" student, not an "H-track" (honors), so these AP classes were usually for H-track kids. Normally, I would not be permitted to take the AP class.
So, my physics teacher was with me at the end of our class that day as the chairman looked me over (I looked like a burnout straight out of That '70s Show), but my teacher knew that I was clearly the best student in his class and had a passion for the material. For me to not be able to take AP Physics which I desperately wanted would have been a criminal waste.
However, my record in science and mathematics classes spoke for itself. During my New York State Regents (final statewide) Exam for Math 11 (trigonometry) and Physics in 11th grade, I took them on the same day and got 100 on both of them, thus justifying that I was worthy of their belief in me.
Still, had my teacher not intervened, I might not have been permitted to take AP Physics.
I ended up taking the AP exam getting a 4 on the Mechanics portion and a 5 on the Electromagnetism portion so I got college credit when I went to a well-known STEM institute in upstate New York.
This was when I met my boyfriend... during high school for a notable period of time I was reaching all-time low grades, lost many friends (they ended up moving since there were high crime rates where we live and I didn't have a phone to store their number), being bullied daily and having no one to talk to (my parents were fighting all the time with each other). Then he appeared like a miracle, first became my friend, let me vent out everything I bottled up inside me, helped me resolve my problems, encouraged me to make new friends and was always there for me. What he did for me is something I still remain speechless on how to thank him. Eventually he became to boyfriend I know and love today. Forward to 6 years later, we're 3 weeks away from being married!!!
Over the course of 7 years - she helped me recover from severe trauma, supported me and understood me, helped me to stop trying to kill myself every week/month, helped me to stop hurting myself, helped me to recognise my parents abusive behaviours which helped me to set healthy boundaries, cut down my appointment fees by 70% so that I could still afford to have counselling appointments after I lost my job, helped me with my drug addiction and I’m now 2 years sober. At this point she’s considered family and she’s an amazing lady. I wouldn’t be here today without her.

My wife of 20 years (before we amicably divorced) gave us 3 beautiful children, now grown.
That's very sweet.
My boyfriend has been helping me study and apply my knowledge in the field of work I've chosen. He already has a very busy life but he's made it so much easier for me :)
I love this
My aunt left me her house. One of my best friends gave me over $4200 a few years ago when I was trying to keep from losing MY house! I still consider it a loan and WILL pay him back as soon as I can! He WOULD'VE been paid back at least 2 years ago, had my aunt not MORTGAGED this house and her car to give MORE money to her scammer buddies a few weeks before she died!! Now that I'M stuck having to buy it back from the bank, I can't AFFORD to pay Frank back, at the moment!! He might even have to help me, again, to keep from losing THIS house!!
ALL thanks to those greedy cunts that used to be my sisters!!
An example of my addiction to my past and having A. D. D -I was obsessed with English History particularly the Tudors and my girlfriend at the time bought me the full DVD set for my birthday, it remains to me one of the most notable and nicest gift to me. Simply because she took note of my interests abs actively promoted them.
Unfortunately she was unfaithful 3x. Yet ten years later I still have the DVDs.
Gave me comfort when I needed it most. It's the only reason I'm even here.
I'm glad they found you. I'm glad you're here.
I was going through a depressive moment in my life, my grades dropped and I failed many subjects and I met a person who healed me and made me feel worthwhile. I started doing the things I used to do, socializing, studying, going to the gym and all thanks to her. I will always be deeply grateful
My uncle adopted me when I was 13 years old. If he hadn't I honestly don't know where I would have gone. Honestly I might be dead today if he hadn't adopted me. I owe that man so much!
I'm glad he adopted you.
Thanks 👍
Stayed with me when I really needed it
Did not talk, or touch just been there till I got my self back remaining silent and understanding without much else, giving the space but remaining supportive
Two people did something.
One said thank you to me for being me. It has had an impact beyond words.
Another person recently validated me when I was feeling low.
the most positive in my life, was in high school, one of the teachers let kids talk , when they wanted so i did too... until the teacher pointed out i was interrupted "the most" that was great benefit feedback. i became more selective when to comment. i even made marks on my notepad, when others interrupted , to delay my comments. great for self control. it served me later on dates.
A woman I know always says nice things about me to lift my spirits
It's because you're a stud, Ed.
Yeah ok. Lol
I think so
Thank you
It was summer semester in college, and I was pretty down about not being home for the summer, I had bouts of depression through the semester. One night, I was walking in the dorm hallway, and this beautiful girl gave me the nicest smile. When I tell you that made my week, I'm not lying. I never saw her again, but I always think about that when I'm down.
I once had a complete stranger come up to me when I was out with my friends for the evening. This guy must have been in his mid-fifties, maybe even early-sixties.
I guess he had seen my friends acting a fool because he walked over to me with a look of disgust on his face and say "why do you fuck with people like that?" And then walked away.
Man changed my life.
A guy bought me a car when I needed it the most.
The team who refused to stop giving me CPR in 2020 for four hours. Restarting my heart is definitely the most positive thing someone gave me.
I'd say it was probably the young woman who introduced me to the cuckold lifestyle.
I was 26 at the time, and Cecilia, an attractive 19 year old Black woman, had never even heard of the concept of having a one sided arrangement in which the female has unfettered freedom to date and fuck other guys whenever she likes, but her boyfriend or husband is required to be 100% faithful and exclusive to her. When I broached the possibility of her refusing to let me have intercourse with her, as well, and being restricted to servicing her orally, she eagerly agreed to try this kind of relationship, and when she discovered that 'oral only' can encompass much more than just cunnilingus. Like many women, she had never had anyone perform anilingus for her, and this intimate form of attention quickly became a favorite activity of hers.
My family and I are Catholics. Therefore, I have Godparents for my baptism and Godparents for my confirmation. All of my Godparents helped my parents finance my education and they have always been guiding me throughout my schooling. I am successful now and I am grateful for their support.
Stood up for me. Saved me when I was in a bad place. Helped me when no one else would

I was once almost lost for life mentally but my dad n older brother cared for me so much that i think they mattered much more than therapies for my recovery
Jesus died for me.
God Himself gave His all to me.
The Body of Christ gave me all of them.
I think I'm surrounded by people who always give their most to me because of Yahweh.
My pastor baptized me and that was probably the most positive thing any person could ever do for me.
Believed in me and promoted me to manager is one thing
My girlfriend helping me with my last year projects at school.
My girlfriend gave me a back rub when my back was killing me.
Surprised me with an out of state trip for my bday Newport Jazz Festival. If I'm being honest I was uneasy b/c I do all the planning. I had one rule- I had to drive!
Believe in me when I didn't believe in myself and be there for me when I needed someone the most.
No one has been acting positively for me for a long time, I'm a self-sufficient person.
My girl. I can always count on her. She believes in me and is so supportive.
The most positive thing a woman has done for me was give me HIV... positive!😆😆😆
