My fiance has been distant lately, what should I do?

my faince and i have been together for 9 years and lately all we have been doing is arguing and it’s about the same b. s every time. it’s about the dishonest things he has done to me in the past, about him putting his friends a priority over me, about us not going out on dates. we used to have fun, we used to be happy together now we barely do anything. we barely talk through out the day, we barely hangout anymore and if we do it’s just us at his house, either watching tv or in his bedroom watching youtube on our phones. anyway, yesterday we agreed to stop arguing and have fun. i feel like he’s distancing himself from me but he doesn’t know how to tell me he doesn’t want to be with me. i mentioned to him that we should do something for the 4th of July and he said yes, but i feel like if one of his friends call him he will ditch me and go with them. I don't know what to do.
