The problem with 1 is if morality is subjective, then the "right thing" is only what that person says. So rape is good if they say so.

The problem with 2 is, Not getting caught doesn't make the action good. If you mean to say someone aught to do good even though there's no one there to punish you if you dont, is ignorant.
Why?
It implicitly asserts there's an overall objective aught. Once you say there's an overall "aught" separate from the person who enforces it is to make the law irrelevant. If there's no cop to enforce the speed limit sign then the sign is meaningless, because then its up to the subjective person to subjectively follow it. There's no objective wrong that says you aught to subjectively follow the sign.

The problem with 3 is All people want to do the 'right' thing. The difference is evil people think evil as good. If you mean to say some people dont want to follow laws because they like breaking the law for the thrill, then they still think that as optimal, which means they think its good or they wouldn't do it.
If you want to bring up the exception of the "crazy" person, then crazy does not count because they aren't thinking properly anyway since all their propositional thinking isn't valid. In other words it doesn't matter what they think, because they aren't thinking.
