Me and my boyfriend were having a debate about this certain topic and it turned into an argument. The then said he doesn’t care if I talk to other men because he knows that he’s in a relationship with me. Does that mean he’s talking to other women?

What he said is, because you two are in a relationship, he trusts you and won't get upset if you talk with another man.

I don't think so; I think that's a power move on his part -- 'You can talk to any guy you want, because none of them are ever gonna compare to me, so go ahead -- if you want to spend some time with another guy, you'll be back soon enough'. Your boyfriend sounds like a real stud, which doesn't surprise me, because he wouldn't be dating you if he weren't.
