Do you think you can be too complicated to love or do you think you just haven't met the right person?

I remember I was sitting at a restaurant at 22, eating lunch alone, with a book about becoming a successful woman.

I thought there was no way someone would ever love me the way I dreamed of being loved.

Partially because I am neither very pretty, nor very great personality wise.

I would never imagine I’d meet someone who’d love me and accept me the way I was.

Seems like everyone can be loved.

I actually think sometimes I make things more complicated than they should be which leads to problems. Sometimes instead of all your plans, and ideas, and thoughts about relationships and dating, you should just let go and relax and just be in the moment and whatever happens, happens.

I think this mindset gets more entrenched as we get older. Once we have our lives established it takes quite an attraction to make room for another person.

As long as I remain in the U. S., it'll never happen. I won't allow it to, because it requires trust, and anyone who thinks people who live by the values of American culture can be trusted, are world class, galactic idiots. There's a reason my girl pitbully and I are taking off to indefinitely hike the Rockies. Love requires trust. I have zero, except for animals.

It's not complicated. Love is something that makes life LESS complicated, its being yourself and having a person love you for it.

The problem is when you pretend to love someone, because lies and compromises are complicated.
