How often should you meet your girlfriend - she gives me all her time but sometimes she wants to meet her friends as well, but I am too needy lol?

That’s up to you and her to decide. Though, you should always give her time to maintain her social life around you. Before my partner & I started living together, we spent pretty much everyday together. For the first month, I spent 6 out of 7 days with him every week (neither of us were working at the time), and then I had surgery and he helped to take care of me, so I lived with him for 2 months after that. And from there, we spent everyday together, some weeks I would live at his place and other weeks I would go back home. It’s up to you and your girlfriend to figure out how much time you want to spend with each other.

We work mon to fri, so we meet on the weekends, most of the time either sat or sat and sun
I am more of the clingy one and want to see her every week, but I don't want her to feel suffocated so I want her to meet her friends too. But we only meet 4 or 5 times a month which i feel is very less. Although we connect everyday on chats and calls.

You should discuss this with her. Express your want to see her more often, and see what she says. And if she doesn’t want to meet up too often, maybe you can compromise. 4-5 times a month is way too less for me, personally. I’m clingy aswell haha.

That depends on what the two of you want. Some people want to spend a lot of time with their partner. Others want more time with friends or alone. So you need to decide been yourselves how much time to spend together. If you have very different ideas about that, then you're probably not a good match for each other.
