In this hopefully theoretical situation...

I've been away for 5 years, and I can't realistically expect my wife to stay celibate all that time. I've probably done some things I may not be proud of. So, I would have a nice talk with her, let her know that I'm happy she used condoms, and let her know that now that I'm home, it's only going to be me and here, no one else.

As a side comment, I would let her know that flushing condoms down the toilet is never a good idea... they belong in the trash.

And... just for my own curiosity, I would save a couple condoms and have them DNA tested... just to see who she was fooling around with.

@DubiousIntentions I'm more interested in whether the DNA comes from the same individual, don't really care who that is... though it would be nice. The DNA sample might match up with the various DNA samples in ancestry and other services that have been collecting it.
