Do you believe a large number of picture perfect relationships are fake or secretly miserable?

When my cousin was single, her mother was obsessed with vetting each guy she considered to make sure he was not an abuser, her husband had to wait over a year or three before she agreed to meet him for a single date cause her mother could not figure out whether he was a good person or not.

I was surprised to learn today that a happily married woman was according to her friend, endangered behind closed doors and that he had multiple female friends who fell into that category and if a man is not abusive, there is still a risk he will cheat or bear false witness or disrespect you or slack off and be lazy. Dating is a tricky experience if your not careful and grounded in who you are and what you believe.

Yes I do. Example meet someone to go steady with but been fake the whole entire time listening to families and friends. That's called double standard.

Another example this poor guy agreed to cut off his long locks on a talk show. Because his girlfriend joined forces with his mother, father, and sis. Why did she go steady with him having long hair in the 1st place. Also their are many ladies in the neighborhood that would have been so attractive to him.

But just for his girlfriend that took his families side to get a haircut. That's definitely so fake 🫤

Generally speaking yes. Not all tho. So often we see couples who act so lovey dovey around each other for years in a row and suddenly divorce and hate each other, something fishy was going on throughout their relationship while for others they try to act as if everything is perfect. The happier you are the least you'll want to share with others.

Yes; they are. I know this is true because you'll be watching someone's posts on Facebook and everything seems sweet and wonderful, and then -- BOOM -- the next day they're divorced. So it was obviously all a lie.
