Friend guy is acting childish and has restricted communication?

I haven't done anything to upset him 😕 no argument or anything.. he was trying to get in a relationship with me, but I wasn't ready for a relationship when we met.. I was unsure of moving forward with him as we just met and things were building between us. Now he's acting childish and we haven't talked in almost a week..

I said I wasn't ready when he approached me as he made it clear he didn't do long distant relationships , but it's clear he wants a relationship if he is still communicating with me. He's hot and cold - so why is it I'm the problem? It's clear he doesn't know what he wants

Understandable so why not cut him off? You have feelings and that’s okay but if you aren’t looking for a relationship right now that sounds kind of unfair to keep him around just because you have feelings.

Maybe he’s talking to someone else and likes the person or he’s upset by the rejection / his feelings changed once you said no. There’s nothing you can really do. If you can’t find a mutual point , it’s not going to be worth it

Well whatever reason it may be - it sounds like the only way this will work is if he comes to you. I would pretty much just leave it alone and let him be. What’s meant to be will find it’s way.

Yes I'm so done trying with men and getting close to them. Now I stay single and reject every man who approaches me why because I get hurt everytime I get close and let my guard down. Instead of communicating how he feels this is how I get treated like shyt. Tell me why I should get close to men or keep trying,?
