How do you know you love someone? Is there someone here who has never loved anyone (not even family)?

I think I’ve never loved anyone. I think I just love what they bring me or do for me…

Yeah I think that is how life works. Cause and effect. If someone is beautiful you like that because of how it makes you feel inside. If someone is kind you like that because of how it makes you feel inside. The way you feel promotes behavior and thinking.

Some people say love is a choice. Perhaps they are right. Because it's what you do that matters in the end. Many people feel something for you but can treat you wrong at the same time. But I think it is best to have both; to feel drawn to them emotionally and to do right by them.

To answer this question we have to define love and I don't have a great answer yet.
I know what love feels like but if we define it differently then we are talking about 2 different things.

It is a feeling. You will recognize it once you feel it. Romantic love and family/friendship love feel different.
