Had my boyfriend taking me as a plus 1 at a wedding in his family, big arab wedding where I only knew like 4 people and the bride (his step mom) didn't like me. He was acting almost like I wasn't there and I had to follow around several feet behind his steps like a npc in a video game. He could at least hold my waist or my hand, talk to me and all but no. I felt so humiliated, it felt like I was a shy kid following behind an unknown adult after loosing mom. I think it was mostly the excitation of being with his family after a long time away but it was really awful. I think some people are just bad at having company in an event full of strangers. You need to remember that while you're basically home they're just in the middle of hundreds of complete strangers and apparently it's not easy for some people. I have noticed this happening to other people too. But still. I said I was sick and ended up spending the night in the car, I even cried. Honestly I would even say it was a little traumatizing and I would rather never going to a family event of his again because of how much I fear this situation happening again. I'll let him have everyone question why his girlfriend isn't here, hope he will taste embarrassment too

We did and he said It's no big deal and didn't understood why I was being so affected. I told him he wouldn't like it if I did the same to him and he said he wouldn't mind, that he would either stay at the table snacking or would go and talk to people. That's where I start to think that while he was being inconsiderate maybe he really did think it wasn't a big deal. Our personality is complete opposite. I was mortified in this situation while he would have zero issue integrating himself in the group on his own. Still told him he should have known especially as I told him before that I was worried and to not leave me alone. So I'm still not going to an event where I don't know anyone else with him anymore

We would have to have a looooong discussion on this. Embarrassing your partner in public it's a huge sign of disrespect and respect is one of the key pillars of your relationship. You're supposed to be a team not enemies no matter what happens in your relationship it's your duty to defend and protect your partner not expose them and throw them under the bus.
I don't know how Will is going to get out of this Jada needs to be stopped.

I would never allow that to happen like he did. I would have ended things long before, and hell, I'd never have gotten with Jada given it was widely known that she never got over Tupac, and no one would ever measure up to Tupac in her mind. Getting with someone like that is setting yourself up for failure.

The level of embarrassment poor Will Smith has endured makes me sad for him. I think of his as one of the most likable and charismatic actors of our generation and to have your cheating wife and emotional vulnerability put on full display for the world is just horrible.

It depends.. I don’t get embarrassed by much. If they exposed a very private part of my life to people that I don’t trust, then I would be extremely upset, and I would be having a serious talk to my partner about it. And if he felt no regret about his actions, or he wasn’t sorry, then it would break my trust towards him. And a relationship without trust is doomed to fail.

Well I guess I would feel embarrassed. Lol But... I would also be surprised. Maybe even impressed in a weird way. I'm not easy to embarrassed. I'm perfectly secure with everything about myself. Mostly wherever i take my spouse they know her capabilities and mentality so it never gets to that stage but if she embarrassed me somehow ofcourse i will feel it hard but then I'll ensure she doesn't get to do the same thing again.
