Would you show your feelings for your partner in public?

When I mean partner I mean boyfriend/girlfriend, wife/husband, even if you are in a casual relationship for more than one year and you are not married but maybe living together. When I mean show I mean like you are on the street you hold hands, hug each other, anything that can make people think indeed you are a couple and you are jsut walking on the street or shopping, etc. you know normal stuff of a couple or you dont show any signs of feelings or sentiments in public and you just walk like a couple of friends, one in front and the other. What if you had been a couple for more than one year now and when you are on the street you never holds hands, hug each other and just behave like friends.

I don't like excessive PDA. It's just weird when couples start passionately making out in public and grabbing ass etc.

A quick kiss, hug, cuddle, holding hands - fine. But keep anything else for somewhere private.

There are also kids around and a lot of parents don't like excessive displays of PDA in front of their children, which is fair enough

Yeah, that's fine, I think that's perfectly acceptable from a couple. It's sweet seeing couples showing affection towards each other in lowkey ways like that.

Is it possible to have some kind of arrangement with your SO that in public look distant to avoid gossip or regardless, you care for that person you dont have to mind being seen in public with the one you supposedly care or love.
