I really like my partner, but the guy doesn't want to do anything, he doesn't wash the cutlery he uses, he gets his glass dirty and leaves it lying around in the same place, he doesn't want to be responsible for the house or financially, the worst of all is that I like him but What's happening is becoming a weight that I can't bear anymore, any advice?

Tbh, he needs some tough love. The best way to do that is to leave him, and not give him another chance. Unfortunately this means he won't improve for you, but the heart break will make him improve for his next partner.
