When money doesn’t matter at all: are women more likely to take back cheating guys or vice versa?

The stereotype is that women are more likely to tolerate a cheater than vice versa. But I believe that is mostly true if she depended on him for money. That financial dependence is lessening in the past few decades in the western world.

Now I think too many men tolerate cheating women.

A Woman is much more likely to tolerate cheating. A woman will tolerate cheating from a high value man because she knows he's rare and she knows how easily she can be replaced. Plus a lot of women are attracted to toxic men (cheating part of toxicity) and go back to said man despite complaining about him

Women do go after high value men but do all them manage to marry one?

Hypergamy is real but reality does slam into women that they aren’t going to marry a Ryan Gosling (hopefully) at some point. Not every guy feels the itch to cheat when they are devoted to something they very grateful for. Landing a devoted good woman is getting tougher and tougher nowadays.

But women cheat more out of “revenge” and to “get back” at the man they are upset with. Since they are being told they are increasing “victims” in society then find themselves get angry and upset over minor issues that most women would get over quickly 50 years ago i. e. “you weren’t giving me enough attention” as an excuse to cheat. But they get away with saying that now and they are cheating more and more. Men are pressured to be simps too who tolerate that bullshit.

They hope he'll marry them but he keeps his options open and then thry get bitter and go through their "men are trash" phase. But once their mind is clear, they go looking for either same man or another high value man they hope will wife them up. It's a continuous cycle that never ends. Almost makes me feel sorry them but that's their own doing

There is some truth to that. But once a woman hits 35 it gets tougher for her. It’s like not having as many options makes them bitter and some do them cheat quickly to “prove something” to themselves.

Undealt with trauma and what kind of trauma determines if someone cheats as well as mental illness. The excuse that the person uses for cheating is just the lie they tell theirselves to justify the behavior.

There is some truth to that.

I’m about 99.99% sure one of my exes cheated on me the week before we broke up. She never admitted it. But her behavior particularly her over the top focus on everything negative about me was telling. She talked to me like I was less than human.
