Do we all cheat?

Taken that many people believe that even just thinking about being with someone else, can be seen as a form of cheating, do we all cheat? I mean, is it inevitable, even if it's subconsciously

I think the expectation that someone will not cheat is utterly ludicrous , everyone will cheat to some degree , I dont think " Cheat " is even a fair word..

The idiotic concept , that you could meet someone in your 20s , and just carry on for life is just that..

The actual true relationship separation rate runs at 80 % , many just hang around because they dont have the balls to leave , if you are not highly sexual , its just a friendship , everybody cheats , anyone who attends an exotic dance club is cheating , as is grabbing a guys balls at a hens night.

Sorry you can't say thinking stray thoughts is the same as cheating. Then you have to do the same for murder, stealing, and all other crimes. Thinking something does not mean you want to do it. Only the deed itself is cheating, or perhaps if you wanna stretch the definition, other behaviour involving another person, like if you're spending an inordinate amount of time with someone at the cost of your special someone. I think many people consider cheating to be a disgusting and evil act. We certainly don't all do it or want to do it.

No and looking at someone and thinking they’re attractive or thinking dang if I wasn’t married it’s not cheating.. I think people that say or think EVERYONE cheats does that too ease their own conscious or act like they’re not doing anything wrong cuz hey everyone does it and that’s straight up bs

I have flirted with a lot of married women over the years. Now maybe it has to do with living in a southern town of just over 18,000 people, but as fun as that flirting was for the two of us, that is as far as she would let it progress. They all were happily married and were loyal to their husbands.

I bet that if more single men were to flirt with married women or even women with a boyfriend, they would see what l have learned. Maybe this would make these men more secure in their relationships or marriages and they could trust the women they are with.

Using the criterion that even thinking about it constitutes cheating. It probably is true that almost everyone cheats by that standard. However, the standard itself is unreasonable. You cannot legitimately dictate what people think any more than you can dictate what they dream when they are unconscious. Some people are a little bit too obsessed with the stuff.
