Someone who is controlling and possessive will give you little hints along the way for example, picking a present out that he thinks you should have rather than something you had mentioned you actually want, buying you clothes that you would typically not wear - it's about what he would like to see you in, orders you a salad for lunch without asking what you want, plans get-togethers without your input, etc.

These will all be under the guise that he's just being kind and knows what you want/like, however, it's all about taking the choice out of things for you.

Once you notice the hints/signs you can avoid him.

Actually, he hired students from my school to look/watch for me, to update him. Because he do that before when he's my situationship when I was a teen and now I'm 21. And so that situationship don't last coz of pandemic and loss of communication. So yeah even at this age 21 he do that but I feel way worst coz he hired probably 3-5, outside of the school is not included.

As a responsible netizen and aspiring moderator, it's important that we always maintain a safe and respectful online community. Unfortunately, your question is in violation of our guidelines as it lacks relevancy and is not a genuine question that our members can address.

Furthermore, I want to remind you that making assumptions or disrespectful comments about my personal life or relationships is not acceptable behavior on this platform. While I appreciate your interest in my personal life, I would prefer to keep it separate from my role as a moderator and social justice advocate. I can however tell you that I'm actually dating a boy atm.

If you continue to ask questions that lack relevancy, I will not hesitate to report you to the appropriate authorities. It's important that we all strive to maintain a positive community that respects the posting guidelines.

Just don't put yourself in situations where you are around them. If that is not possible then ignore them. Stand up for yourself if you have to. You are not someone's property. Make them understand that. Who is this person your are trying to avoid? Is it an ex or some random person bothering you? Depending on who it is and what they are doing to act possessive you might have different options. The important thing is you are not someone elses property.

When they show you they are possessive you walk away. Do this the FIRST TIME it happens.

You have nothing to do with them. They won't change.
