I am a receptionist who can see thousands of people per years. And all of them say "he is such a good person" about me and even behind my back. But there is no single one woman who liked me yet in a romantic way.

Should I stop acting nice and start acting a little bastard and asshole?

If you’re being nice just bcs you’re expecting women to like you romantically then it’s not sincere. Maybe you’re not making the right approach towards girls that you might want to date, maybe you’re acting more as a friend towards them and being nice only as a friend/receptionist.
