My boyfriend doesn’t ever call me anymore?

We have been together for 10 years. As of recently the only reason i ever call him is to complain about something. he barely answers my phone calls and doesn’t even call me. the last time we hung out he told me that he’s scared to call me because it’s never anything good. i feel bad for doing this to our relationship and i want to go back to normal. what should i do?

we were waiting for me to finish school first and save up some money before we get married. i’ve apologized before and he just laughed and said that i’ll do it again
