Would a woman find this respectful if I said this?

I'am talking with this girl online. We're both busy to be fair. We've had 3 phone calls so far and I would say they went good. 2 hours each call. When I asked to call on Sunday she said sure, but I genuinely got busy. We agreed Tuesday, she was online but she said she was at her aunts house, but after she would let me know. She didn't, then today she said she would call and she did not. The last phone call we exchanged social media, pictures, had deep talk.

Would I gain "respect" if I was just honest with her and tell her to at least message back and let me know if she can or can't. I don't know if this is a game woman play. I don't have much experience haha. Would this be ok?
