He also prioritizes me most of the time, enjoys being with me, cares for me, buys me food and acts like my brother lol. When dating other people, he tells me he easily gets bored with them, likes them but doesn't really love them.

He easily laughs the widest when with me and even contemplated to relocate because of me. He said he laughs the most when with me unlike his other friends where he doesn't laugh as much.

Lately. Its funny because i went to his city and it so happened that he also planned a trip as he has friends in my city and so it looks like we were switching cities. His tone also got passionate when he tried convincing me to just stay in his city.

I also notice he has been traveling a lot to my city. And i to his. I'm not sure if there is anything to it or im just overthinking haha. What do you think?

You’re looking for signs of commitment from someone you know is a non-committal man? If I were you I wouldn’t waste my time with that. Enjoy the friendship, don’t engage in the flirting or blur the lines because you now know it won’t go anywhere. I don't know if you gained feelings for him but if you did, then please recognize who you’re dealing with and ask yourself if you’re equipped to be this sort of friend.
