Is it ok my boyfriend has female friends?

My boyfriend has female friends from the past I know he's not even seeing them in person but likes to talk to them sometimes. We have an active sex life, he even showed me the pic of the friend so I know what she looks like. Is this ok?

Only because you are in the relationship, other males and females didn't cease to exist. So it's perfectly fine to know, talk to and befriend people of your own and opposite gender. And having friends from the past too.

What is not fine is crossing boundaries. So if you have your fears or doubts, talk with your boyfriend and address them in a calm and polite way. You didn't catch him red-handed. You just want to be sure.

From my personal perspective, he didn't do anything wrong. He is not hiding his friends and is open about them. So for me, it's fine.

One thing... if they Become Mutual Friends then is Fine, but if they become just for "one person friends" then that could be an Issue.
